Really up and coming company with an understanding staff. Each worker really cares about roots of company. Lots of different project and also lots of time to work hard.

Do not be afraid to go from department to department to learn the company fully. It's integrated and also complicated, and you don't know what you don't know. There's always more room to learn something.
