The Austen-Dooley Company provides residential and nursing services for physically and developmentally disabled individuals in the Kansas City, St. Louis, and Springfield metropolitan areas. We employ direct support professionals, CNA's, LPN's, and RN's who work closely with our management team. Ratios in our group homes and ISL's are typically 1:2 or 1:3.
