We have a kitchen position, responsible for our sandwiches, pastas, and appetizers. This person would also be responsible for all the prep involved for the menu items in their domain. The person works in the main kitchen, so we also like them to have some oversight on the bus and dish guys.
We look for Thursday through Sunday, approximately 16-20 hours weekly. It is a paid internship.
