The company structure was messy due to a recent acquisition. Wish the branch would have been better transitioned into the new corporation.
Advice
There will be days when your internship feels extremely boring, especially if you are performing the same repetitive task everyday because your managers wanted to pawn off the grunt work to the interns. This is a perfect opportunity to go above and beyond by honing the skills you already have and trying to apply solutions to problems you see in the company.
