Be prepared for a fast pace environment and ask lots of questions! Once you get into the routine, the job/company is amazing.

What I liked

My coworkers are really friendly and supportive. Interns take on real projects that contribute to the company growth. The company offers competitive salary, countless peaks and free events to all interns.

What I wish was different

I wished to receive more direct feedbacks from my boss, but after a while I learned to be more proactive about seeking advices

Advice

I used to look for multinational cooperations and big names in the industry for my internship, until I met Attentive and realized that nothing matters more than the experience itself. A startup culture might be good for you too!

It's a very interesting time as the start up is currently going through some very exciting changes and expansion. The people are young and smart, and it is a fun environment. Also - free lunch!

It would be great if there was more diversity within the start-up.

What I liked

Attentive has a really friendly team, everyone is really excited to be there and the company has clear vision. Breakfast and Lunch are catered for every day and are always yum. Managers really care that you have work to do and check in to make sure you're getting the most out of your internship. Overall, it's a great company to work for and I highly recommend it.
