What I liked

It was an interesting entry level job, the coworkers were really nice, the pay was fairly good and it was not too far from home.

What I wish was different

That it would have used my major more (mechanical engineering), also that the company would have kept me or have helped me find a new position.

Advice

Employment agencies like ATR are a good way to get a first job, but the positions they hire for are a lot less stable than being hired through a regular company. In addition, just because you have a degree that is related to the field does not mean you are the fit the company is looking for.
