I wouldn't change anything about the job itself, but it was always a strain if the weather was too hot/cold.
Advice
Be prepared to be resilient and work hard. Also, be prepared for a job that will sometimes feel unfulfilling because the work will get reset soon after when there is more new litter, more garbage that blows away from the dumpsite, etc.
