At this company I feel as though I am apart of a family. Not just a 40 hr week job. I actually really like going to work.

I wish that I got with them sooner.
Advice
I have learned most of what I know now about geotechnical engineering from this company. Yes, I learning a lot in school but school does not teach you experience that you will gain working for a company.
