Everyone at Atlantic is wonderful. I felt so welcomed by the whole staff. They all made time to answer any questions I had about their positions in the company, and I was able to learn so much about Atlantic and how a theater runs.

Do not be afraid to interact with the other employees. While busy, they are all very kind and happy to help young theater-makers learn about their professions.

What I liked
All interns were treated as valued team members. We were doing important work, not just going on coffee runs. Atlantic really strives to help their interns learn something and everyone was always so willing to talk to you and help you with things.
What I wish was different
Some days there was not enough to do so I would just sit around. That was a bit frustrating because I wish I would have been doing something more productive with my time, but that rarely happened.
Advice
Come in ready to learn and don't be afraid to ask questions while you're there! The best interns are the ones that are engaged and curious.
