It was an efficient environment where safety was the top priority. And yet, people were still willing to have fun and joke around, as long as the work was getting done.
What I wish was different
While the twelve hour shift was unavoidable, it still was not pleasant. The temperature of the room often left much to be desired, which is to be expected of a factory.
Advice
Take safety seriously, and always be pursuing advancement. You won't be promoted until they see you want it and are willing to work for it.
