I was able to work with real engineers on different projects and gain perspective on what an engineering job is like and how that compared to what I had thought before.

Advice
Don't stop at one internship or job shadow. Keep searching because what works for someone else won't always work for you. There is no right way to go through college, finding careers, and go through life in general.

Advice
Take in everything about the experience. Hang out with your co workers. Go talk to the other employees in the office even if they don’t work for your company. Ask questions about life and how your potential career may affect it. Leave everyday knowing that you experienced something new or did something that you normally would never do.
