I liked the work culture in my job where all my mentors and peers where very open and transparent. I also liked the fact that the students I worked with were also understandable of each others work load and would help from time to time.
What I wish was different
I did this job during quarantine and I wish I would have the privilege to work at the A.S. house on campus as I have heard it's very charismatic and a lot more lively in person.
