A very welcoming friendly environment, I felt supported as I got to know the other members of the marketing team and felt like I could ask any of them any question I needed to. Work expectations were clear and I checked in with a supervisor at least once a week. Worked alongside the in-house graphic designer and was always able to get feedback from him.
What I wish was different
I was only able to meet one of the other summer interns, I wish I had been able to learn more about what everyone was doing in other areas of the company, to understand better how my role is part of the whole.
Advice
If you enjoy working within brand guidelines to innovate new ideas, this type of job is for you! Don't be afraid to come up with multiple ideas and bring them forward for discussion, even ones that might need to be reeled back.
