The pay was pretty good I guess. I learned about how to build servers and what much of it requires during the process of building the racks for them and installing them onto the racks. Much of the work requires both to be independent and dependent on others in the team.
What I wish was different
Having a better schedule and focused specialty can make the process of doing things faster as of right now we do mostly everything.
Advice
Communicate with the people in your team and adapt to the inconsistencies or changes as there could be constant changes in the way that they do things.
