Great learning environment. Great career prospects. Really cool projects.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been able to apply my Mechanical Engineering class work to the internship.
Advice
Take the job here, it is a great place to work.

Mechanical Tech Intern
April - August 2018 • Petersboro, UT
What I liked
I enjoyed the use of SolidWorks and being exposed to various manufacturing processes with hands on experience and play. I was able to do a lot with mechanical engineers and learn a lot about their jobs and their skill sets.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had a better attitude about the whole thing. I am an Automotive Eng Major and this was more geared towards mechanical Engineering. But the experience I gained was valuable and I wish I would have delved deeper into my assignments and probed my co-workers deeper on their experiences and past projects and so forth.
Advice
Whatever task you are given, do it to the best of your ability and squeeze as much out of it as possible. I was writing assembly instructions and documenting component assembly and so forth. It was boring, but I learned a lot.
