Ashergroup was a great company with a lot to offer educationally. They realize that you may be lacking certain skills when coming in and do a good job to train and cultivate those skills.
What I wish was different
I only wish that I had more time to spend with the company. It takes a bit to get used to the system and when I finally started to get a good flow I felt like I had no time left.
Advice
Make sure you're comfortable with JSP and Ruby on Rails as well as identifying and fixing bugs.
