Working in the field I am interesting in (I am pre-med) has been the most refreshing and rewarding experience, as the path to becoming a doctor is so long, it keeps me connected to patient-care and reminds me why I am doing this! I definitely recommend trying to work within the field you are studying for in the future, even if it is not yet what you want to be, being exposed to it helps you truly see if it is what you want!

The employers will work with your schedule while you are in school to utilize the best outcome for you and the company. The environment is an amazing opportunity to open yourself to the nursing field and you can build your hours based on your availability.

Nothing, I love working under Ascension!

Advice

The best time to start is during a break in school (winter break, spring break, etc.) because orientation may take up to 3 weekdays.
