As an art teacher, I liked being in an art environment and help people paint all day. I also liked working with friends and making new friends while all having the same passion for art.
What I wish was different
I wish the scheduling was a lot more consistent, rather than all over the place. During summer time there double the employees and people go on vacation or have to call out of work which is understandable.
Advice
You don't always get along with the people you work with and that's okay. In the work environment, you're there for you and to get things done, not worry about other employees.
