I liked how driven and passionate they are about their mission to make theatre with women at the forefront of their own stories.
What I wish was different
I wish I had done more literary management tasks, which is what I originally signed up for. They said it would be literary management and marketing, and it really just ended up being marketing. But the experience is still really valuable, and if it was really a big problem I know I could have talked to them about it.
Advice
Don't be afraid to reach out and ask people you don't know for help - you'll be surprised how much people want to help you.
