Wished there was an HQ and it wasn't a remote-model company. Was difficult to receive and learn from teleconference trainings.
Advice
Be prepared to be on-call at all times of the day to maintain client projects, complete deliverables, and meet client requests. Consulting is fast-paced and sometimes unstructured.
