What I liked
The company is awesome and and the job is very interesting. You learn a lot very quickly, but it does not feel overwhelming. The fast paced environment was something very new to me but I grew to enjoy it after only a few days. You also do important work that makes an impact and allows you to understand the industry. During this internship I learned a ton of new skills that I will use for the rest of my career, no matter the field.
The employees and everyone that you will work with are very nice and want to see you succeed. In particular, the trainers and recruiting teams do an excellent job at communicating and helping you understand an industry that you probably don't know much about. They know that the industry and this field isn't for everyone but encourage you to learn as much as possible, which I felt was very important. After you are assigned to a sales team you will be working hand in hand with some hard workers and see how the job really works. Also, if you are interested in other parts of the company it is encouraged to network and set up a meeting with someone in that field.
Finally, the other interns I worked with were really great people. I'm not sure if we just got lucky, but all of us became pretty close friends by the end of the summer. I give kudos to the recruiting team for picking a great group of interns.
As a whole, the summer was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone that is considering.
