What I liked
Working in a smaller team meant I gained experience from doing a wide variety of tasks around the development office, and that staff could more easily convey valuable professional insights to me directly. Furthermore, the goals of the development team had clear and tangible efficacy, the team being responsible for maintaining and expanding the support network that allows the Clinic to operate.
