What I liked
The team centered environment. We all work together to get things done. Communication between team leans and research assistants is wonderful and plays such a big role in maintaining an efficient and non stressful work environment. Everyone wants you to succeed and sets you up for success.
What I wish was different
I wish that my school schedule would have been different this semester as we do data collections Monday, Wednesday and Fridays so I am unable to attend a majority of them.
Advice
Take the risk and apply!! It is one of the most wonderful jobs I have had and I have learned so much for it. There is so much that goes into research and if you are in the health field this is a wonderful opportunity.
