Advice
Going door to door is hard, a lot of people don't like you. You need to have something about the job that you believe in. Whether it's democracy, that everybody's voice ought to matter, that exercise is good for you, whatever it is. The pay is good. But you need to believe in something beyond just the pay and benefits.
