The coworkers were excellent. Most of the drivers were great guys who made the day enjoyable. I never dreaded going to work, and some days found myself looking forward to the day. The hours were great as well; starting at a good hour in the morning then getting off mid-afternoon allowed me plenty of time in the evening to relax, see friends, or otherwise do anything that needed to be done.
What I wish was different
Everyone would always wish for a higher pay, but that is partially due to my own lack of assertiveness, so I do not fault the company for this.
Advice
Show up early, bring coffee, and make it your goal to work harder than anyone else. You may be out-produced, but never let yourself be out-hustled.

What I liked
Working alongside other college students as well as experiencing a blue-collar job.
What I wish was different
I did not have to work Saturdays.
Advice
It is good to work a labor job in order to understand that if you keep working hard, you can work in an office and not have to lift heavy things every day.
