I loved the flexible environment that was offered to all employees including interns. I also liked the small firm environment that the firm maintains even though that it continues to grow everyday. I got to work with individuals in all positions as well which was interesting and something that I did not expect.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had more in person social events as interns. COVID-19 made that more difficult. Although we didn't have as many social events, AGP did a great job to make sure that our internships went great and that we got to meet a lot of individuals within the firm.
Advice
Definitely apply. This firm is so great to intern for. Most of the individuals are patient and understand that you are learning. They all make sure you have the resources that you need to succeed!

What I liked
I loved my internship experience. I met and worked with lots of amazing people. I had great opportunities to grow my marketing skills, work on projects and learn from others.
What I wish was different
Advice
Apply! I doubted my abilities and did not think I was qualified to be the marketing intern at AGP. When I applied I learned that the marketing experience I had gained from classes, clubs and prior internships, prepared me for this position. Internships are suppose to help you grow and learn! Don’t doubt your abilities.
