The company culture was extremely welcoming, work-life balance was great, and your team is always willing to help you meet your personal and professional goals. The people at Collaborative want you to have the best experience possible and will always prioritize your experience and growth.

What I wish was different

A little bit more structure to the internship program would have been nice. Your projects are based on what the team needs help with week to week so nothing is set in stone.

Advice

Have an idea of what you would like to gain through the internship and how your company/team can help you. Don't be afraid to ask for help, more work, or projects in different disciplines so that you're getting the most out of your experience.
