I had great people to work with. We were all passionate about our jobs. We all had a common goal of getting all the votes heard and counted.
What I wish was different
There were a few technical difficulties that if we had some one who know how to fix them it would of been a lot smoother.
Advice
Patience , understanding and respect very important in this job being that Were political affiliation working closely together not necessarily sharing the same viewpoint. I was very considerate of what statements I made to make sure that there was not any tension.
