What I liked

I've always loved working with a team and I take great pride in my work, so AGI has been a wonderful experience.

What I wish was different

I wish the initial training was hands on. Instead, it's about 8 hours of instructional videos of which you may remember 45 minutes of.

Advice

Be up front about what you want from the job in the interview. If you don't make it clear from the beginning that you will have to work college classes in with your schedule, our manager will be far less willing to work with you. If you can't be a 50 hours a week employee, make sure he knows that right from the start.
