The culture! It was a very positive work environment. I was hired on as an intern to help scan tax documents and provide admin support through busy season. They made an offer to let me stay on as administrative staff after my internship ended. Even though I was in admin, during the summer I had a lot of free time to shadow other departments and everyone was so nice about explaining what they were doing and answering my questions.

If you want to make a good impression, you should always be willing to help with anything, ask a lot of questions, and make an effort to get to know the people you're working with.
