Angel Medical Systems, Inc. was incorporated in 2002 and received FDA approval for our implantable medical device, Guardian System, in April 2018. This device was developed to warn patients of the onset of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The Company's Guardian System is designed to reduce the time to medical treatment and is particularly important to the 20-25% of heart attack victims that have silent ischemia. The pacemaker-like diagnostic implant can accurately detect electrogram changes indicative of AMI.
