I enjoyed working in an environment that allowed me to see the operations fulfilled by each independent sector. I liked the casual working environment where it did not feel competitive, nor did I sense tension in the employees. I also liked learning how to hire people and how resumes are reviewed by the employers.
What I wish was different
I did not like working in an office 8 hours without flexibility. I did not like sitting for so long.
Advice
I would advise that you take initiative, ask questions and do extra work that you see needs to get done. You are not always going to be asked to do things but expected to take authority of your own work time and learning experience.
