I like how well-structured and thoughtful the intern program was. I felt prepared and supported in my team and in my intern class.
What I wish was different
I wish I had better clarity on the work I'd be doing going into it. I was in a sales role, but I was working on corporate events planning. Still a good experience, but not what I had in mind.
Advice
Ask questions! It's a very supportive program. Obviously, every team lead and department is different, but the intern program organizers are there to support you wholly.
