The company has a strong background in hosting interns. Training and activities were very clear and thought out to time perfectly with our internship schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish I had further researched all of the intern opportunities at AMPF. Some departments (which happened to be the one I was in) do not participate in the Leadership Development Program so I was not automatically offered a position at the end of my internship because my dept does not have an LDP option.
Advice
Network and don't be scared to reach out to people. I have never met so many people willing to help and further your journey than here. I am so glad I had this experience.
