I really enjoy my job. I have been employed here over 2 years. The benefits are great. The hours are great. My boss is always willing to work with my school schedule. American House really cares about their employees!
What I wish was different
Balancing time between my job and my summer class (pharmacology) was quite difficult. I was able to adjust to it by the end of the summer.
Advice
Being patient is key. Every resident has amazing stories and memories throughout their lives. Take the time to listen to them and hear what they have to say to you.
