This internship is funded by the AAPC Education Foundation. The AAPC Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, non-profit organization founded in 2006 to support the American system of free elections, protect the freedom of political speech and to promote these principles among those involved in the electoral process.
The Foundation is engaged in research and educational projects to advance these principles and also provides scholarship support for students preparing to enter the profession of politics. The AAPC Foundation’s program is focused on providing scholarships to students interested in the field of political consulting and academic outreach to inform students about the profession.
Founded in 1969, the AAPC is a multi-partisan organization of political and public affairs professionals dedicated to improving democracy. The AAPC has over 1,350 members hailing from all corners of the globe. It is the largest association of political and public affairs professionals in the world.
