The experience was really valuable: you are self driven to get as much or as little out of the internship as you want.
What I wish was different
The experience is not extremely specific so would recommend doing it during or following your sophomore year
Advice
Be proactive! All of my greatest accomplishments during this internship were a result of my decision to just look at something and decide to improve it somehow.
