I like the interpersonal nature between tutors and staff. Everyone knows one another, and staff lets tutors know that they are there for support.
What I wish was different
New and more engaging training sessions that aren't 4 hours long, with the same information each time

Make sure you enjoy working with kids and have patience! These children are incredibly behind and need a lot of support and encouragement

It is no easy not all kids are at their grade level and sometimes they are not willing to learn but you will have to find a way to make it fun and play something that will help them learn too
