What I liked

The job is relatively simple and the ticket and concession discounts on their own are almost enough to make the entire job worth having.

Some of the managers and employees were negative, pushy, or unprofessional.

Advice

Don't go into it excepting a lot of compliments or a positive atmosphere.

Nothing my entire experience has been well

Advice

I say investigate and do some research on where you want to work even if it is a part time job. Before applying there I visited three of their locations for the first time to experience them during a rush and when it was slow. I even had the opportunity to experience them when a fire alarm went off and how they handled that. Understanding how a crew works together and how they treat you as a guest is huge on how they will treat you as an employee

What I liked

It was an easy way to make up some extra money. Now that I have a savings, I'll have the ability to take any internship opportunities that I'm offered for this summer, even if they are unpaid. Also, I got good experience working with customers, selling products, and being a positive representation of the company. Although it was a simple job, it allowed me to gain skills that will help me in more complex roles.

What I wish was different

I wish I had been paid more. I realize that this is not the most high -level job, but I still worked really hard to give customers the best experience possible, and I wish I had been better compensated for my efforts.

Advice

I would say that compared to other minimum wage jobs, this was not a bad one. It was relatively easy but still a good exercise in customer service and sales skills. It's not the best resume-builder, although I'd say that I did experience personal growth while on the job.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the managers were very understanding as long as you followed procedure.

What I wish was different

I wished sometimes that we would not have been as short staffed as other days. Sometimes I found myself juggling far too many guests and the pressure was mounting.

Advice

Be prepared to encounter high pressure situations, especially on the weekends.

Advice

Worry about your own work, and make sure your work ethics are the absolute best. Guests come before the company, because if you don't take care of the guest then you're not taking care of the company.
