Alturas gave me lots of room to run. I had meaningful work assigned to me but I was also given projects where I was told to be creative and come up with my own solution or method. I loved being able to see myself developing tangible skills.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a little more structure to the internship, but again, that was also what made it great. I really enjoyed the autonomy given to me on my projects.
Advice
Excellent company and great work environment. Make connections with the owners of the company and show how you can provide value or else it will be difficult to land this position.
