“The culture at Alta was very warm and welcoming, it helped me feel that all the work I had done mattered and made a difference in the projects that I participated in. The opportunities that were offered played a huge role in the development of essential skills within the engineering field, and additionally helped me grow my personal and technical skills. While working at Alta I was able to prepare test schedules for field technicians utilizing project plans, I was drafting different types of preliminary & final reports for clients, and I took numerous trips to different job sites to experience hands on work, these are some of the most enjoyable and key moments I experienced while being at Alta. I am beyond grateful for all the managers and professionals I have met, and will always value any advice and important knowledge that they have shared with me.
