What I liked
I got a good feel for the physical therapy profession. I learned, then taught my fellow interns, manual therapy techniques, modalities (electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc), how to evaluate new patients (measuring rang of motion, testing muscle strength, etc), how to write doctor's notes, basic business practices, and customer service as well as day-to-day operations at their gym above the PT clinic.
I was able to get hands-on experience working with patients (which you can't find in any other PT internship in Utah).
