It was a live in experience for the summer. We were emersed in the mountain top experience. Conflict resolution was all Christ centered.
What I wish was different
Because I lived and ate there, the hourly wage was very low.
Advice
Lean in to the program the full time staff try to get you to do in order to bond with one another. It seems really corny, but it works and it's worth it.

What I liked
I loved working with kids and staff who wanted to work with kids too. I also really liked running the ropes course and watching people conquer their fears.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have been fully-staffed. So if you're even remotely interested, just sent in an application.
Advice
Part-timers get paid a little bit more but have less interaction with the kids, so choose wisely based on your priorities.
