If you're a underclassman and you've had trouble locking down a good internship, don't get discouraged. There are a ton of internship opportunities to be had. Stay hungry, humble and willing to make the necessary adjustments that are needed in order for you to find success. Once you find that perfect internship, give your best effort and show your willingness to be a valued member of a team. Earn your stripes and take whatever work detail you are offered with a smile on your face. And also, dont go cheap on a pair of work boots!
