What I liked
I loved how much ARYSE cared about their employees through regular check-in times, paid overtime, and positive work environments.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked with my coworkers in person! COVID required us to work over zoom, but we still formed strong connections.

If you are interested in the non-profit sector or social justice work, I highly recommend working for ARYSE.
