This was my second time working for Allegiance and my experience was great. The main thing that I liked was how much they accepted me. Last summer, when I worked there for the first time, I was nervous about if they were going to be okay with having a much younger person around the office but I made friends with a lot of people around the office.
What I wish was different
One thing I wish had been different is the commute. One piece of advice to anyone looking for an internship is to consider how long it will take to get there and home. Sometimes it would take an hour for me to get home and that got to me a lot.
One piece of advice is to take in as much information as you possibly can. I learned a lot more at work than I did in the classroom just about how to operate in the office.
