it was really nice to see and experience how interactive the work was. I also got to hear a lot from various people in different careers

I guess just this year because of covid, being online is not the same when it comes to interpersonal experiences

i think it's important to be yourself and comfortable around everyone at the all stars chicago office because everyone there is nice and very genuine

What I liked
I enjoyed working for an organization that prioritized social change. I liked being able to learn about working a real job in an environment that focused on growth and development. They emphasize the growth and development of the people they work with, while also emphasizing this in the office.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to leave the office and work at events the organization held! I do also wish it was a paid position.
Advice
Make sure to ask questions, everyone is very receptive and willing to help if you need it!
