Being able to train new servers and certifying existing servers as trainers. Having the freedom to take my responsibilities as far as I would like and expand on my position as I see fit in order to help the company. It is under corporate structure so there is lots of room for growth.
What I wish was different
I wish I were able to commit more time to my role as an assistant manager.
Advice
Be as communicative with you’re fellow managers and employees as possible. Adequate communication has never done harm to a business.
