What I liked
Easy recruiting process -- very communicative and quick turnaround. Very nice employees and a great learning environment, especially for a first (full-time) job. The Investment Research Rotational Analyst position gives you exposure to all facets of the alternative investment space
What I wish was different
I wish my interview process could have been in person
Advice
Make sure you know a lot about the company going into the interview process. If you are interested in a career in finance but not sure what specifically then this program will give you great exposure and provide significant learning opportunities.
