“I really loved working at AGI. I was given interesting and challenging tasks to work on, which I found to be engaging and very fulfilling. There were loads of opportunities to grow as a developer and learn (i.e. from team members, trainings, pair-coding). Interns are usually given a final project during their time at AGI; on top of being a generally fun experience, it's a great time to showcase what you have learned/worked on during the internship, as well as an opportunity to take a lot of ownership over your work. The culture at AGI is really welcoming and family-like. My team, in particular, was very inclusive and fun to work with, and I really felt valued as a team member. It was easy to communicate with others, and I could approach anyone on the team with questions and there was always someone able to answer/provide further guidance for what I was working on. ”
